Some Commonly Asked Questions


  • FlexJobs accepts various methods of payments including Visa and Mastercard.

  • Yes, you can upgrade your FlexJobs account at any time. Many employers start off with a Monthly Membership because they only have a short-term hiring need, and then upgrade to a 3-Month or Annual if their hiring needs increase. Members can upgrade simply and instantly from their online Account Settings under the Subscription tab.

  • Yes! We know that recruiting and hiring priorities can change, so to provide more flexibility we allow you the complimentary option to pause your account for up to 60 days. This means that when your account is paused it will not be counted as active days on your current membership.

    For example: You are 10 days into a 1-month membership, but a global pandemic happens forcing employers to put hiring freezes in place, so you don’t think you’ll need to use your account much in the coming couple of months. Rather than canceling your account and starting over later, you instead can set your account to “Pause.” And then, when the recovery happens and hiring is unfrozen, you’ll be able to get back to business again with your recruiting, job postings, and hiring by simply un-pausing your account--and you will still have the remaining 20 days left to use!

    To pause your account, go to your Account Management > Subscription tab, click on the Pause option, and follow the prompts. Once your account is paused, your current renewal date will be pushed back by 60 days as a default. However, as described in the example above, you are welcome to log in and un-pause your account anytime before that if you want to.

  • It is very easy to cancel your account, and you can do it instantly from within your account at any time.

    If you're a current Member trying to cancel your account, simply log in and go to the Account Settings > Subscription and select the option you would like to perform. If you do not see the subscription tab, check to make sure you are logged into a paid subscription. If you need help canceling your subscription, contact our Client Services team via email through feedback@flexjobs.com or by calling our toll-free number (866) 991-9222, or live chat, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. MST.

  • Yes, this is absolutely fine. Your account information will be retained for up to a year at least, so you can simply log in and get started again.

  • Yes, we absolutely want you to be satisfied with the quality of our service, so we do offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your membership starting. If you're not satisfied, simply cancel your Membership subscription from within your Account Settings and then contact us by phone, email, or online chat to request a refund. Please note though; the refund is a one-time only offer.
